Service. Residential architectural services include new construction, remodels, energy modifications, and sustainability upgrades. We offer civic, retail, mixed-use, and commercial architectural services from initial 'visioning' and feasibility studies through construction documentation and administration. Our experience with the design/build model - in which the architect/builder wears many hats, including that of designer, project manager, and contractor - offers economy and a streamlined process, and makes us uniquely suited to see your project is completed per your vision and your budget. Philosophy. Our goal is to find useful, responsible, and beautiful solutions to your design problem. We believe in the process of design, and undertake a methodical approach. To start - a client's ideas, ideals, and vision - a provocation and instigation for exploration. Research, debate, experimentation, and ultimately careful implementation and communication of intention make successful spaces, structures, and objects.
