A schematic study and proposal for a vineyard and winery in Boulder County, Colorado, just outside the city of Boulder. The first of its kind in Boulder County, the fifty acre site will be communally farmed and maintained, and will include agricultural facilities, production areas, and retail space. A large, open, and civic-minded exterior community space appropriate for large gatherings, ceremonies, and parties will complement the main gathering hall. Wine tastings and sales, receptions, weddings, and concerts will be accommodated. Featuring a Flatiron view that only Boulder can provide, the setting is one of a kind.
